Don’t be fooled. Woke terminology is meant to trick people and create confusion. The far Left loves to create new words. In fact, they do it so rapidly that it is difficult to keep up with. According to James Lindsay, “Every woke term conceals an agenda.” By constantly redefining and inventing words, they are lying to us and working to transform our society into a communist utopia. They are creating confusion and ushering in the principles of Marxian Social Justice.
In order to better understand and recognize this hidden agenda, we must understand the language. This article will provide definitions and some examples of numerous words and terms commonly used by those pushing this and other hidden agendas. These are not definitions commonly understood and accepted by Americans in their normal discourse, but definitions according to those pushing hidden agendas.
Critical Consciousness – For those who see everything through a power lens, this means having acquired an understanding of your position in society and how it relates to being oppressed or oppressing others; furthermore, you are obligated to participate in the revolutionary activism required to overturn the unjust system
Woke – The term has actually been around since the 1960s, but the contemporary meaning of Woke means an individual’s gaining of a critical consciousness to the oppression that he/she is subjected
Transformation – To fundamentally change an organization or system into one that follows the principles of socialism/communism/Marxism.
Empathy – Use emotion to dictate correct perspectives
State Capitalism – (aka Socialism) It is a top-down government administered economy. In other words, the beneficiaries of the system are the government leaders and bureaucrats that control prices and production goals.
Stakeholder Capitalism – This is a system of economic control in which those who benefit represent a collaboration of big businesses owners, government leaders, and non-profit heads. This form of crony capitalism incorporates the ideals of Social Justice.
Stakeholder – A beneficiary of the stakeholder capitalism system. Common stakeholders include leaders of non-profit organizations, government and industry leaders.
Shareholder Capitalism - (aka Capitalism; not a Woke term) This is traditional capitalism as commonly understood by Americans. In other words, the beneficiaries of capitalism are the shareholders. A free market determines the value of goods and services.
Citizenship – The willingness of an individual to accept collectivist agendas and sustainable ways of thinking without challenge.
Globalism - Collectivism implemented on an international level. Worldwide communism.
Community – A group of people who have adopted principles of Equity (i.e., Socialism) and are actively pushing them onto the rest of society. (Mob)

Social Justice - Fair treatment of all people in a society through the forced equitable distribution of resources among members of a community, usually based on historical marginalization.
Restorative Justice – A method of justice that avoids the criminal justice system by allowing the community (mob) to work with the offender and victim in an effort to “restore” the victim and community for the loss or injury incurred; it removes consistency for the punishments of crimes and can be gamed by repeat offenders
Resilience – The devotion of a woke individual to keep pushing an agenda.
Mindfulness – Can mean using meditation for calming effects or being aware and hypersensitive to everything. For example, noticing micro-aggressions, violence and hate speech perpetrated onto others.

Disparate impact – a law or practice that disproportionately effects one group of people
Microaggression - an unintentional statement or act that is seen as offensive against members of a racial minority, or group of people with common characteristics.
Marginalized – unequal treatment that excludes groups of people from society; once a group has been deemed marginalized, they are considered forever marginalized
Minoritized – similar to marginalized, a group is forced into a minority-like status by a more dominant group; the physical number of people being minoritized is irrelevant, as it is the lowering of their social status that matters
ALL – means some –For example, “Success for All”, in Woke terminology means marginalized students will receive special advantages so the result of the educational program is equitable
Intersectionality – a list of identity traits held by an individual and how the combination of these traits contributes to his/her oppression
Cis – a person who identifies as the sex that matches their genitals, and is attracted to the opposite sex
