Three staff members at Lakeshore Middle School conspired together to wear down a 13-year old child. They were in a position of authority over him and used that authority to threaten him and intimidate him. Like many Americans, this child was opposed to the mask mandate and wanted the right to breathe. He understood the school policy and was willing to take a stand against the mask mandate and face the consequences of his actions.
Amanda Sorrelle the Principal, Melissa Jaeger a 7th grade math and science teacher, and Heather Fent a language arts teacher had an email discussion on how they would break the will of this child and make him comply.
According to Federal Law 18 USC 241 Conspiracy Against Rights, what they have done is illegal and they could face severe consequences if the matter were to be pursued in court.
18 USC 241 Conspiracy Against Rights

Here is what the child’s parent had to say.
This is difficult for me to write because while this occurred back in September 2021, the emotions are still raw. “We WILL wear him down,” a principal writes to my son’s teachers. We obtained this email through a FOIA request. It makes me sick sending my child, each day, to staff who have been directed to “wear down” students.
My husband and I wanted to pull him from the district. He is 13. We involved our son in the decision making. Our son’s decision (not decided lightly) was that he wanted to stay in school with his friends. His social/emotional health is important too. After all, he’s the one who has to face (albeit, MASKED) the fight each day. He knows we have his back so he’s thrived through their ‘discipline’ for mask violations. Interestingly enough, they stopped bullying him when we wrote that we have an attorney included in the emails. And they definitely stopped putting logs and violations and dictator directives in writing.
I write this here today to show you what is happening and to ask you to PLEASE email the Super and BOE again and again and tell them to UNMAKS our children.
Thank you!
Real children are being harmed by the masking and Covid policies. This needs to stop immediately.
